We are currently hiring for:

2) Summer Camp Director – Summer 2024-
Duties:
- Develop 2024 Bridge School summer program weekly themes
- Serve as lead oversight of all operations and student and family experiences for the 2024 summer
- Train and supervise Summer Program Assistant Director
- Hire, train and supervise additional weekly staff to support both camp (9-3) and aftercare (3-5:00)
- Develop, implement and adhere to staff and program policies following Vermont Childcare Program Regulations
- Oversee the implementation of high-quality educational program that are aligned with Bridge School’s mission, philosophy and values
- Serve as an ambassador of Bridge School’s mission, philosophy and values to summer program families
- Manage, oversee, and stay within the agreed upon 2023 summer program budget
- Report program successes and challenges to Bridge School Head of School
- Develop and implement high quality training for staff for 16 hours prior to camp beginning.
Time Expectations:
- Up to 30 hours of planning to occur before June 2024
- During camp sessions, Director must be on site from 8:45am-3pm and available by phone from 3pm-5:30pm if not on site.
- Camp runs for 9 weeks during summer beginning the week of June 10. The week of July 4 is off for all programs. (There is flexibility in these weeks)
Compensation:
- $24-$28/hr

- Free camp tuition for one eligible dependent per week
